Health, safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do at the Department of Corrections. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Insights Analyst to join us to enhance the way we collect, analyse and use data to improve the health, safety and wellbeing of our people. 

Reporting to the National Manager Insights and Assurance, the key responsibilities of the role will be focussed on supporting the Prison Capacity Portfolio, this include:

  • Conducting baseline analysis to determine performance levels for projects and the wider portfolio.
  • Turning information from large and diverse datasets into insights on our operational and strategic health, safety and wellbeing performance
  • Presenting and communicating data in formats that can be easily interpreted by a variety of audiences
  • Shaping the way we collect and analyse health, safety and wellbeing data

To be considered for this role you will be someone who has significant experience as a business analyst, can use analytical tools and has a proven ability to deliver outputs in a timely manner. Experience in a health and safety-related field is desirable, but not essential.
