The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has established itself as an agency with a critical role in regulating capital markets and financial services in New Zealand and providing better outcomes for all New Zealanders.

We’re looking for a smart and energetic administrator to provide day-to-day support to our busy General Counsel team based in our fantastic Auckland offices at Britomart. This is a varied role that will enable you to utilise the full range of your administration skills and experience, whilst growing and developing in your career.

Supporting a busy manager and team of lawyers, every day will be different from managing diaries and appointments, preparing documents and filing, to arranging external meetings and travel arrangements and any other various administration tasks.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills who genuinely loves being the “go to” person. Our ideal candidate will have 2 – 4 years’ experience working in a professional services environment, but the role could suit a savvy administrator with strong MS Office skills and an exceptional customer service focus who can bring a professional approach to supporting our team.
